The SLOWFLOW Proposal: Combining Pilates and Nutrition for a Healthy Lifestyle

Our SLOWFLOW program is a unique program that combines Pilates and nutrition to help you achieve your fitness goals. It’s led by a team of experienced Pilates instructors and nutritionists who will work with you to create a personalized plan that meets your individual needs.

The Pilates component of the program will help you improve your strentgth, flexibility, and balance. The nutrition component of the program will help you learn how to eat a healthy diet that support your fitness goals.

The SLOFLOW takes place on the Aresteas ship, a beautiful and new vessel that offers a unique and relaxing experience. During your time on Aresteas, you will participate in a variety of activities designed to help you slow down and relax.
